Ezaro Global Ventures (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “Ezaro”) follows a strict and transparent Return & Refund Policy in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws. By purchasing from ezaro.in, you (“Customer”, “Buyer”) agree to the terms below.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1 Returns/Exchanges are allowed ONLY for the following reasons:
    • Wrong product delivered 
    • Manufacturing defect 
    • Missing accessories 
    • Damaged product received 
    • Size/color mismatch only if the product is unused 

1.2 Conditions that automatically disqualify a return:
    • Product is used, scratched, stained, worn, altered or emits odor 
    • Tags, packaging, dust bag, and protective films are missing 
    • Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery 
    • Intentional misuse or fraudulent returns 
    • Final Sale / Clearance items 

1.3 The Company reserves full rights to deny returns for suspicious or excessive claims, repetitive return patterns, or fraudulent activities.

2. RETURN WINDOW
• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery for damage/mismatch issues. 
• For unused items, return window is 7 days from delivery. 
• After the return window expires, Ezaro has no obligation to accept returns.

3. INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK (MANDATORY)
All returned products undergo a 3‑level Quality Check:
    • Level 1 – Packaging inspection 
    • Level 2 – Product physical integrity check 
    • Level 3 – Authentication & tampering review 

If the product fails QC at any step, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchange is subject to availability. 
• Only one exchange per order is allowed. 
• If value is higher, customer must pay the difference. 
• If lower, difference is not refunded.

5. REFUND PROCESSING
5.1 Refund approval:
Refund is initiated ONLY after QC approval.

5.2 Method of refund:
    • Prepaid orders → Original payment method 
    • COD orders → Bank transfer 

5.3 Processing time:
    • 7–10 working days after QC approval 

5.4 Ezaro is not liable for bank delays.

6. COURIER & PICKUP RULES
6.1 Pickup attempts:
Courier partners will attempt pickup 2 times. After that, customer must self‑ship.

6.2 Self‑ship reimbursement:
Reimbursement is capped at ₹80 or actuals—whichever is lower—subject to invoice proof.

6.3 Tampered/damaged parcels:
Customer must record unboxing video; without it, claims may be rejected.

7. LEGAL PROTECTIONS
Ezaro is not responsible for:
    • Wrong address provided 
    • Customer unavailable 
    • Delays caused by courier or external factors 

Any dispute is subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.

Refund policy : If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

By purchasing, you agree to all terms of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Damage : Once damage order is return and approved then the order will be delivered in 7 days .

Return & Exchange : If return is approved then exchange or replaced product will be delivered in 7 days.

Return should be made within 7 days after receiving the product

At Ezaro, we understand that sometimes plans change. You may cancel your order before it has been shipped, subject to the conditions below.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch/shipment.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [care@ezaro.in] or [+918017777710] with your order ID.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
  • The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders that are already packed, dispatched, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Certain customized or special-sale items (if applicable) may not be eligible for cancellation. Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Ezaro’s Rights

  • Ezaro reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
