1. DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMELINES

• Delivery estimates: 3–7 working days based on pincode. 

All orders will be delivered within 7 days
• Rural/remote areas may require additional time.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES
• Standard shipping is free across India. 
• Express delivery (if available) is chargeable.

3. ORDER VERIFICATION
• Orders may require address verification or OTP confirmation 
• False/incorrect information may lead to cancellation 

4. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
• Couriers attempt delivery 3 times 
• Undelivered parcels are returned to Ezaro 
• Reshipping charges must be paid by customer 

5. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED DELIVERY
• Customer must record an unboxing video for claims 
• Claims without video evidence may be rejected 

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• Not available at present
